Mechanic

Are you interested in learning all the "nuts and bolts" about bikes? Bike mechanics is a skill that requires study, time, and lots of practice to master. Bike mechanics don't just change flat tires, they keep bicycles of all types running like well-oiled machines. Although it seems simple, there's a lot to learn. We complete the spectrum of repairs in-house; from simple adjustments to wheel builds and full shock and suspension servicing. With decades of experience, our mechanics have obtained the most prestigious certifications in the industry. You'll train and work with some of the best mechanics in the industry. Whether you're entirely new to bike mechanics or you already have experience working in a shop, we're always looking for dedicated, hard-working team members with a love for bikes. Sales

If you love people and have great customer service skills, sales may be the role for you! Our sales team become experts on our product lines and master the art of conversation. From stocking shelves, finding the perfect ride for our customers, and maybe attending an event or two, we'll teach you everything you need to know about bikes. The sales role is a great launch point to many other roles within the company.

Marketing

Marketing is one of the most diverse teams at Crank Works. We want to reach our customers no matter where they are. So whether you're a master at social media, love coding and web design, or enjoy chatting with customers at events, there's a ton to do on the marketing team!
