Our mechanics are the most highly certified and experienced in the area. Our Master Mechanic, Mark, has over 20 years experience working on all types of bicycles, from $20,000 special edition bikes, specialty bikes, to every day, department store bikes. In 2017, he attained one of the most prestigious bicycle mechanic designations at the USA Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, becoming a USA Cycling Certified Mechanic. He maintains hundreds of units of Shimano Technical education as well as SRAM components, FOX, RockShox, and many other brand specialty certifications.

Mark holds the position of service manager within the shop. That means that all diagnostics, repairs, and new bike assemblies are overseen by a master. Mark also works with all of our service staff to make sure our entire team is highly trained and provides the highest quality of service to all of our customers. Your bike is in safe hands with us!
